Did my order go through?

An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given when completing the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. 

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the order confirmation. If you have checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you.

Where can i track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once your order has shipped. There will also be a link to track your order.

What if my item  stolen or loss?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier and let us know so we can also investigate this for you
